Shipping to Canada and the US at this time.
Most of our products can be classified as over-sized lettermail, this means we can keep shipping costs on the lower end. YA! Non-tracked lettermail packages (Standard FREE Shipping) are not insured and are non-tracked. These are shipped at the customer's own risk.
To insure your package and for faster shipping, upgrade to Tracked Shipping at checkout.

*Also note that due to COVID-19 shipping times are not guaranteed. I am very likely to ship your products within a week of purchasing. Canada Post still continues to work hard to get packages out as fast as possible but shipping times are delayed. The option to pay for the tracked shipping allows you to have a tracking number to see where your package is at all times.
Local Pickup
If you live locally to Kingsville ON, Canada porch pickup is available! Select Pickup as your delivery method at checkout. And apply the code LOCALPICKUP to save.

Returns
Due to sanitary reasons we are only accepting returns at this time if products are damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
For returns, mail your product to: 73 Conservation Blvd. Kingsville ON, Canada. N9Y0E5. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
